- The Taehwagang National Garden
- The Taehwagang National Garden is the representative downtown park of Ulsan and is selected as one of the Top 12 Eco-Tourist Attractions in Korea. The Flowering Plant Complex, on total of 160,000㎡, is filled with great scarlet poppy, green barley and Gypsophilia in spring. Cosmos and chrysanthemum form an ocean of flowers in autumn.

- Simni Bamboo Grove
- Simni Bamboo Grove was planted by residents to be about 40,000m long to protect against flooding following a disastrous flood that caused the Taehwagang River to overflow and the upper region of the Taehwagang River became a sandy beach during the Japanese colonial era. It is famous as a habitat for migratory birds including egrets and crows. Experience a more romantic emotion at the time of sunset.

- Taehwaru Pavilion
- Taehwaru Pavilion was built at the same time as Taehwasa Temple by Great Priest Jajang in the 12th year of Queen Seondeok’s reign during the Silla period. It is the representative pavilion of the southeastern region along with Chokseokru Pavilion in Jinju and Yeongnamru Pavilion in Miryang. Taehwagang River and The Taehwagang National Garden offer a beautiful sight when viewed from the pavilion. Keunaegi also created a romance with Samdori here.

- Ulsan Magistrate Office and Living Quarter
- The Ulsan Magistrate Office is the main building where the Ulsan magistrate executed official duties. The Living Quarters were the private home where the magistrate lived. It is characterized as a house without a border all. Around the Magistrate Office, a monument in praise of the filial piety of Master Songdo, the renowned filial son of Ulsan, was built. There is the rumor that you will have a filial son or a filial daughter when praying in front of this monument.
