Ulsan, is a creative space for artists in Culture Street, a shop for selling their works of art, and a recreation space for residents. In the multipurpose hall on the first floor, you can read books from the humanities and social science and buy a variety of craftworks made by local artists. Practice rooms for clubs and experience room are opened to everyone who makes a reservation without any charge. These rooms are used for various purposes including exhibitions, performances, events or education. On the rooftop garden, the outdoor shelter on the 4th floor, appreciate the scenery of downtown and enjoy a leisurley cup of tea.
