Ulsan Dahyang Festival
The first tea is picked on May 25, 100 days from the first day of spring. May 25 was designated as Tea Day and the rite for the god of tea is performed. There are a variety of events including reciting the declaration, the demonstration of traditional teas, reciting poetry and a congratulatory performance. Visitors can enjoy an exciting time by tasting the fresh tea of the year.
